- Tarangire & Manyara: Tarangire is a landscape defined by the mystical silhouettes of ancient Baobabs and prolific Sausage trees. Your wildlife journey begins here, in a region famed for its formidable elephant herds and vibrant primate troops. The exploration continues to Lake Manyara, where you will ascend to the Treetop Walkway. This elevated canopy tour offers a rare bird’s-eye perspective of the groundwater forest and the diverse wildlife traversing the floor below.
- The Ngorongoro Crater: Descend into a collapsed caldera. This UNESCO World Heritage site serves as a natural amphitheater for the "Big Five." At the crater’s heart, the soda lakes provide a breathtaking spectacle as thousands of resident pink flamingos congregate to transform the water’s surface into a shimmering sea of color.
- Olduvai Gorge: Referred to as the "Cradle of Mankind," the UNESCO World Heritage site of Olduvai Gorge is one of the most important paleoanthropological locations in the world. It was here that pioneering researchers Mary and Louis Leakey discovered hominid fossils, including Zinjanthropus boisei and Homo habilis, which fundamentally shifted our understanding of human evolution.
- Serengeti National Park: The Serengeti is the world’s premier wildlife safari destination, but there is a secret in the planning. This is the Classic Tanzania Safari - wildlife, varied scenery, small villages, and Maasai encounters. The scenery is stunning, and you can stop as you please. The drive times are generally under two hours. At the end of the safari, a convenient flight takes you back to Arusha, avoiding the long drive or double backing over the same roads.
